Our Independent Contractor Agreement is a month-to-month agreement, but we commit to not changing your desired pricing plan for at least 1 anniversary year.

Home Office Agents have all the same rights and priveledges as the agents with designated offices or cubicles. The only difference is that a Home Office Agent does not have a designated office or cubicle.

2 office workstations are provided at the office for Home Office Agents who occassionally stop in the office to research listings or make calls. One of the workstations has a computer equipped with certain office software and scanning capabilities. The other workstation is intended as a space for an agent to plug in their lap top.

All agents are assigned a key and security alarm code to use the office anytime after hours, or on the weekends.

The conference rooms can be used by any agent on a first come, first serve basis unless an agent reserves it for an important meeting.

Private offices come furnished with a desk, phone with a direct number, large 2 drawer filing cabinet, leather rolling chair, chair mat, and a rolling 3 drawer cabinet for misc. office supplies and additional storage.

Designated cubicles are L-shaped with 2 work areas. They come furnished with a rolling chair, chair mat, phone with direct number, overhead locking storage bins, and a locking drawer file cabinet.
